Mourne Golf Club

Mourne Golf club was established in 1946 and consists of 300 adult and 50 juvenile male members
It was established under the auspicies of Royal County Down Golf Club to provide golf for members of the local community.  Membership has local residency as one of the requirements.
Members share access to both courses with Royal County Down Golf Cloub and Royal County Down Ladies Golf Club.
Mourne has it's own clubhouse which is nestled between the Hastings Slieve Donard Hotel and the Royal County Down Club House. From the clubs own car park there is easy access to both the Championship and Annesley Links.
The modern Club House consists of:
  • A Lounge Bar
  • A Members Bar
  • A Large Function Room
  • A Fully Equipped Restaurant Sized Kitchen
  • A Snooker Room
  • Adult and Juvenile Locker rooms
  • A Committee Room
  • Officies for both club and competition secretaries.
The exterior has a large secure carpark, putting green and a newly constructed patio area.
The Club is used extensively by members and their guests with regular social funtions held throughout the year.
Club facilities are availled off by many groups and organisations.
Mourne Golf Club welcomes visitors, both golfing and non-golfing. Facilites are available on request  to hire for private groups or individuals subject to Council approval. Catering can also be arranged
